This is a lovely item, hand carved from a single piece of selected suar wood (a tropical hardwood), taken from sustainable forests.
Once the carving is finished, the wood is then sanded, oiled, and then intricately spot-painted in traditional Aboriginal designs, by the world famous Balinese wood carvers. And, like all products imported by the Buddha of Plenty, this boomerang has been made specifically for us on a Fair-Trade basis.
