Ten brightly coloured and spot-painted balls are filled with dried seeds and fixed onto a bamboo handle, resulting in a delightfully rustic instrument which really does offer a gentle, fantastic sound. The shaker and bamboo handle are held together with palm rope.
This is a nicely finished and decorative instrument, which also sounds great and looks terrific, and as with all the items imported by the Buddha of Plenty, this shaker has been made to order directly for us.
As well as the Orange, Red and Yellow Shakers shown here, other colours also become available and as such we cannot guarantee the colour, although we will try to oblige (please specify a preference when ordering).
