This delightful statue of a yawning hippo, have been crafted from the closely grained warm suar wood, which is grown as a sustainable crop.
After carving, the hippo is sanded, waxed and polished by the world famous Balinese wood carvers and like all carvings imported by the Buddha of Plenty, it has been made specifically for us on a Fair Trade basis.
