For Mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands, delivery is completely FREE! For the rest of the UK, delivery is free for the first 3 kilos, and then additional charges apply, according to weight and location - the delivery charge will be made clear in the shopping basket before you have to commit to it.
We send out using Royal Mail, ParcelForce or DHL (determined by weight and location).
We always aim to send out within two working days, and we will confirm this by email - if there is going to be a longer delay (due to, for example, extreme weather), then we will always try and contact you.
