The Cekuntrung is a traditional Indonesian instrument, containing four strings which are plucked. The delightful sounds produced are often used to accompany Balinese dancers. Made from coconut and wood, this decorative instrument is designed to be played (and can be tuned), but, thanks to the spot-painting on the body, also looks good sitting on a shelf!
This is a nicely finished and decorative guitar, which also sounds great and would make a fantastic gift, particularly for yourself! And, as with all the items we sell, this has been made to order directly for us.
